Both halves of the job, by the same person: the research and flows that decide what the product should do, and the components and screens that make it usable. Nothing gets lost in the handover, because there is no handover.

I have been a partner at Click2it since 2014, whose office is in Darlinghurst, so Sydney is a market I have worked in for over a decade. Most of the work runs remotely, which is how I have delivered Australian projects since day one. In practice that means you deal with me directly from quote to delivery: no account layer, no subcontracted work, and no telephone game between the person who designs it and the person who builds it.
